OASIS POSTER
This project was pure joy for me. I'm so interested in the combination of shapes, how they interact and overlap, the middle tones that can be achieved by overprinting, the way things fit in certain places, how something that seems symmetrical can be off and still feel balanced. There's a sort of satisfying rush in the mono-printing process that comes each time you run the paper through the press; its the sense of creating something large so quickly and uniquely, and being able to hold it in your hand at the end. I love the tangible nature of print.
